How it works

The worker publishes
A profile with no name, no photo and no contact details.
The employer searches
Anonymous profiles, narrowed by filters and ordered by recency. Never ranked, never scored.
The employer requests exposure
The worker sees exactly which company is asking, and why.
The worker approves
Or declines. An approval covers that one employer and can be withdrawn later.
They talk
Name and contact details are shared, and every step is kept on the record.
